THERMO INSULATION

Baver, when applied to a building, allows the building to save energy by 50% throughout its service life. Plastering covers all the heat leakages in the whole building and provides a complete insulation. Thanks to the natural materials found in its formula, Izodress maintains its insulation properties throughout the entire working life of the building, balancing moisture and temperature discrepancies and provides a comfortable living space.

WATERPROOFING

Baver is a natural material having the feature of water repellency. It forms a shielding for the building against exposures of water and humidity and prevents water leakages due to cracks. It does not allow the formation of air-borne and rain-caused corrosive effects and alkaline environments.

SOUND INSULATION

Baver has the ability of sound absorption, thanks to the large air mesh enclosed. It provides 23 dB / 500 Hz sound insulation on a 3 cm thick surface and pave the way to a comfortable living space against the uncomfortable noise that may come from outside.

FIRE INSULATION

Baver is a class A1, fireproof material thanks to its natural and organic structure. It does not contain combustible components. It does not emit smoke and gas during fire and protects the building against high temperatures and open flames for long periods.

Baver provides heat, sound, water and fire insulation without the need of any other materials. It is a time and labor saver by 70% during application compared to the conventional applications. Baver is 4 times lighter than common mortar plasters. With a weight of 265 kilograms per cubic meter, it decreases the load of plaster at high levels and increases the earthquake resistance.
